| Application
scope : These general conditions aim at specifying modes and methods
of use of Business-dz services. They will be the only applicable conditions
and will remain the final reference. |

| Users undertake to :
 Be a legal entity ;
Not to resale a subscription to a third person ;
Not to use the letter of synthesis or information included in the site, without prior consent of the company.

| Access
reserved for registered Users |
The access to the service is reserved for Users who have previously paid
the subscription fees.
An access code (including
a username and a password) is granted to each customer.
The access code
advised to the User is a personal and confidential code and may not be
passed to third persons.
The subscription
is managed automatically, the customer is informed 15 days the expiry
of the subscription. |

| Access
to the service |
| The services
of business-dz are accessible via the Internet network 24 hours a day
and 7 days on 7, except Act of God, event beyond control of Business-dz,
possible breakdowns or in case of maintenance necessary to provide good
operation of the service. Business-dz undertakes to implement every means
which it has in order to provide a good quality of access to the service
as well as a reliability and speed in the uploading of data. The User
warrants to know and accepts the characteristics and limits of the transmission
of information via the Internet network, as well as the costs pertaining
to the connection to this network. It is up to him, notably, to make sure
that the technical characteristics of the equipment and software packages
he uses will allow him to have an access to the service under good conditions,
on the other hand. |

| Use
of data |
| Information
appearing on Business-dz is the property of BMGI International and the
access to the service does entail any transfer of right to the benefit
of the User. Its content can in no way be the subject, even partially,
of any lending, exchange or transfer, neither any total or partial extraction
of data, nor transfer to another support. Business-dz authorizes solely
the display on the screen and the printing on paper, for the exclusive
benefit of the User and for his own needs. Any other use is subject to
the prior written consent of Business-dz, otherwise legal proceedings
will be instituted. |
