- Costs for the opening of file for customer relating to the withdrawal of terms of reference for NON SUBSCRIBERS is 2 990 DZD (taxes exclusive).
- Wilaya of Illizi: for any withdrawal or deposit, the service will be charged at: 18 990 DZD (taxes exclusive).
- Beyond the outskirts of the cities for any withdrawal or deposit, service charges "plus" are between 10 000 and 1500 DZD (taxes exclusive). |

| 2. Fees for scanning and sending of terms of reference by e-mail : |

This service includes scanning of the terms of reference, its compression to reduce file size and sending it by Internet, to the client’s e-mail address.
Fees for scanning and sending of the terms of reference as well as its layout on a Word document or PDF, are charged 120 DZD per page.
Documents necessary for the withdrawal of the terms of reference:
Application form for the withdrawal of the terms of reference and power of attorney to be completed by the client (Please leave the name field of the person in charge of the withdrawal blank on the proxy, so as we may include the name of the agent available during the withdrawal)
Copy of commercial register of the client to be sent to us by e-mail or fax.
Note: Please send your withdrawal requests by fax or e-mail, preferably at least 10 days before the deadline for submission of offers. Otherwise, BMGI International accepts no responsibility for the late participation of bidders.
